About a week ago I jumped off the swing and fractured my toe knuckle. I know, it sounds harmless, like that's not bad at all! Trust me, it hurts! I couldn't walk on the left side of my foot I thought my foot was fine, then I went to the doctors, and got my foot x-rayed. Turns out my toe next to my pinkie toe is fractured, so that means in my team sports class I get to sit out. Yes, it was my fault and trust me, I am never jumping off the swing again!
Anyways, the point is don't jump off swings. Also, because this is a writing blog and I haven't put up any writing things where you can comment on it. So, today the post thing to comment on is...

I'm sure all of you have heard about the man Joseph Kony. I actually just had time to watch the video this morning and was shocked to hear about what this man was doing.
WHO JOSEPH KONY IS
Joseph Kony is a man that in 1987 took over leadership of a group called the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). The LRA got a reputation for cruel and brutal tactics. When Joseph Kony found out that he was running out of soldier he started to abduct children. The LRA is encouraged to mutilate, kill civilians, and rape people. The LRA had abducted at least 30,000 children and killed 1.2 million people.
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF KONY 2012?
A group called the Invisible Children has been working for 9 years to end Africa's longest-running armed conflict. U.S military advisers are currently deployed in Central Africa on a "Time limited" mission to stop Kony and disarm the LRA. If Kony isn't captured this year, the window will be gone.
WHY ARE WE MAKING JOSEPH KONY "FAMOUS"?
Invisible Children's Kony 2012 campaign aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice. In this case, notoriety translates to public support. If people know about the crimes Kony has gotten away with for 26 years, they will unite to stop him.
